I started Edinburgh Concierge Company after becoming aware of shortages in management companies that worked alongside owners to give an unrivalled personalised management service for high end holiday let properties. I felt confident that with my experience in the hospitality industry, I could offer short term let property owners, a service that would mirror their care and attention to guests and where the comfort and the guests' enjoyment matter!
It was just as Covid struck that I decided to expand the concierge side of the Edinburgh Concierge and concentrate on providing a bespoke stand alone concierge service for visitors and locals alike, and so Scottish Concierge Services was born. I passionately believe that excellent customer service is paramount and it is this ethos that has underpinned The Edinburgh Concierge and now the Scottish Concierge Co. Going the extra mile and delivering on what is required, is something that is very close to our hearts and everyone on the team work hard to ensure that each and every client who we work with receives a warm personal experience that exceeds their expectations. We also believe in putting money back into local businesses and everything we do and products we use, we try very hard to use local businesses that have local people with local knowledge running them rather than large corporates. We also offer accommodation through the Edinburgh Concierge Co and clients who use us for concierge services have the opportunity to stay in beautiful high end properties across Scotland.
